I have Windows 10 on a hard drive with all my old data from my old pc. If I move this hard drive to a new build will windows and the data move with it too or would the drive be wiped and I would have to re install windows off of their website

it will move with it but probably it will ask you for the key or login with your microsoft account to activate windows

Data stays on a drive 'til you actively wipe it.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!
