New budget build advice

Just looking for some advice on this build. Thanks in advance 😁

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Nnh6f9

Budget (including currency): USD see PCpart picker list, I want to stay around this budget

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mild gaming, hoping to run some older games on high settings like the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Maybe some newer games on low to mid settings

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
Existing: 1920x1080x75hz HDMI Monitor. Mouse. Keyboard. ATX case.
No peripherals needed

Upgrading from ASUS M5A97, Radeon 6970 graphics, AMD FX 8350.

Going to buy in the next week or so.

I want to play at 1920x1080x75hz

I'd consider getting a higher capacity storage solution, unless you're only planning on downloading a few programs. 256gb is really limiting.

Yes, the budget I’m trying to stay around is about $500.

I forgot to mention that I have a 1TB HDD already

consider getting a used graphics card. the GTX 980s and 980 TIs are only going for about $100 on Ebay last I checked, and they were top of the line a couple generations ago. it'll still be a huge upgrade from ancient radeon 6970 graphics, and you could get a ryzen 2000 or 3000 series processor instead of a 1600
