M.2 / NVME / ssd Recommendations

BurntNewt

Can anyone reccomend any good M.2 SSDs (or would a 3.5 ssd be cheaper?) to replace my 1 tb hdd. I dont know much about nvme drives so i dont know what a good deal or price would be for what id be getting. also is there anyway i can transfer all my content from my hdd to my ssd and turn my hdd into a game drive?

What will you be using the SSD for? If it's just for gaming then just get a Samsung 860 evo and call it a day.  Much cheaper than the m.2 970 evo and there's no discernible difference in performance while gaming. If it's for large file transfers/rendering on a daily basis then get the 970 evo. As for SSD brands, Samsung's SSD is one of the best in the market.
