Issue using the Call feature in #Slack

I have an Issue were as I am attempting to use the call feature in the #Slack application from an Android device and my PC to someone using an iPhone. The call refuses to connect from either of us initiating the call. Problem with attempting to troubleshoot this issue is we are roughly 10,000miles apart. I would recruit someone closer but I have no friends close to me that use iPhones to assist me in troubleshooting this.

 

There is no general connection issues on either end either internet via WiFi or cellular.

We can interact with the text chat function with no issue.

DND (Do Not Disturb) is off.

Notifications are on.

Both devices have no active vpn's.

All permissions are allowed.

 

I have tested the call feature between two android devices successfully.

I have tested the call feature between a pc and an android device successfully.

 

If anyone happens to be familiar with Slack and its call feature, please comment.
