PSU clicks on startup no boot

After gaming session, PC turned off by itself and upon startup only the lights turn on and the psu clicks twice, please help

Specs: Ryzen 7 3700x
Gigabyte Aurous Itx X570
Gtx 1080
Dagger PSU 600w Gold+
Team 3200 ram

After an extended gaming session, I was preparing to turn my pc off when suddenly it turned off by itself. I was unfazed, thought it might be too hot and let it cool down for a couple minutes. After starting it up, I noticed that it wouldn’t display anything to either of my monitors and the keyboard and mouse would only light up for a second when the pc was plugged in. The PSU clicks twice upon startup and none of the fans work.

Any advice is appreciated, and I do not have access to a different PSU or a test bench.

Removing components and testing if it lets the pc boot could solve this.
Try to power it up without graphics card for example.

EDIT
Cords can get out of sockets by time as result of heating and cooling.
But i doubt this is the case here.

After this i would continue testing with only power cord connected to pc.
Testing with one ram stick at time in different slot.
After that maybe even reseat the cpu and trying again with one stick at time in different slot.

another thing; the light on the back of the gpu lights up as well, the PSU fan doesn’t turn on or any of the other fans on the pc.

Psu can light up leds on parts even when some part is faulty and prevents powering up.
Faulty part might be the psu itself. You have to test like i suggested to rule out possibilities.

fried 12v rail?

you might have to open it to check internal fuses on the PSU, and clean it if it's dusty. if it was shorted get a new one. to big risk to see if it turns on when you risk frying your mainboard and everything on it.

Possibly warranty void and risk of electric shock.

Those can be avoided ofcourse but that requires a bit more experience.
Watch tutorials about them if you are not familiar with it.

But it is good idea to check the psu, if it pops for some reason, it could damage other parts.
