Looking for a good capture card for under $150

I want a good capture card for under $150 that can output 1080p 60fps for streaming on twitch. I want a low latency one if there's ones like that under $150

Y&H capture card should be good. Elgato also has the hd60s but it’s $180

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

what are you trying to capture?

okay so you can use AMDs software to stream or learn how to set up OBS. I'd say go learn OBS from this guy
