Please help! Multiple monitor setup question

I have searched and searched and can't find anything that works. I have 3 24" 1080P monitors that are mounted horizontally and 1 32" 720P TV above the center monitor. I understand that it is scaled down in size to represent by pixels, but how do I enlarge the tv so I don't have to scroll up through the middle of the middle monitor?  I hope this makes sense. Pictures for reference.  I want it to view like picture 3. I have tried scaling in Win 10 Scale and layout, tried changing the display resolution, tried DSR - Factors in Nvidia control panel. Nothing seems to work. I hope this makes sense. Pictures for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@justforkicks247 Yes the software like AMD's Radeon software likewise as the NVidia geForce allows you to rearrange screens as you want. Windows also allows you to do that. I just don't recap how it does that in settings. Try dragging the screens in that window you have open. You can put the screen number 4 in-between 1 and 2 and have the 3 on top. There is an open option on how the mouse will get into a screen too. Like from the top or the side. Best if luck.

Thanks for the quick response. It's registering and I can move the mouse on the 4th screen. The issue I'm having is that the larger TV is being recognized as a much smaller display. So when I scroll up from the middle screen, the mouse does not move up to the 4th monitor at the edges of the middle monitor. Only close to the middle of the middle screen can I scroll up to the top monitor. I know this sounds confusing, but I just want my PC to recognize my larger screen as a larger screen.

What is your TV model? And what is the maximum resolution setting you can get for your TV? If your TV model support max resolution lower than your desktop monitor of course it will be smaller, just like the settings shown.

It's an Insignia NS-L32Q-10A. Max resolution is 1366 x 768 and that's what it registers at. Are monitors only seen by pixel count? There isn't a way to adjust by size?

Well windows allows you to change to scale your display, but the resolution on your tv is the maxed amount it can be scaled. If you could’ve scaled it more the image would be way to blurry.

I'm afraid no, the resolution is usually being set in TV's firmware. You can only set it at 768p and below.

Bummer, but thank you for your help. Is there any way to adjust where the cursor moves into the tv from the ends of the middle monitor vs just the middle 3rd of the monitor?

I think you might need a few tries to rearrange this. Make 2 as your main display, and since your TV is 4th display, the remains are pretty easy to figure out. You can adjust the arrangement by dragging them in case you don't know.

2 is my main display. 4 just happened to be hi-lighted. When I scroll up to 4(TV), it has to be in the middle 1/3 otherwise scrolling up from the sides makes me just hit the top edges of screen 2. I’m wanting to scroll up from the corners of 3 and 1 into 4 like the very first or third pictures. Is that possible? As if 4 actually took up more area.
