Stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED when booting Windows 10 from usb. PC just built. No OS

TheTypa

So I just received my PC components and built the PC. I booted it and BIOS started normally. It recognises the CPU and RAM (correct speed and frequency). I turned it off and plugged in the USB. As soon as I get the gigabyte logo everything freezes and the error occurs.

I plugged in the same USB to my laptop and I can boot it successfully (so the problem is not in the USB). I switched out the GPU with an old one and the same error occurs(so it shouldn't be the GPU). As I said in the BIOS the CPU and RAM are recognised correctly but it wouldn't even boot if the problem was with them.

I know this is a BSOD but there is no way of getting any crash log since I don't have an OS to begin with.

GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia Gtx 1660 Super

CPU: Ryzen 3 3300X

MB: Gigabyte B450M-S2H

PSU: Fortron 600W Hyper M

RAM: Crucial 1x16 GB 2400 Mhz

Really don't know what to do. Any tips are appreciated.

the memory or board is defective

Damn. You think maybe the problem could be with an outdated BIOS or did one of the component just come defective?
