I Need To Access Another User Files (WINDOWS 10)

Hey, I Really Need You're Help For this problem, recently my pc is locked for whatever reason, and I tried to remove the pass, its success but my All System C data can no longer be accessed and I have System Restore Point but Windows Give this massage, And I Have Really Important file on Document Can Anyone Help?

 

My OS is Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 Build 18363.836

I Cant Restore it Either ( Restore Button Grayed Out )

You have to take ownership of the folder using Windows Permissions.

 

1. Right Click the folder.
2. Properties.
3. Security.
4. Advanced.
5. Change Owner
6. Enter your current user name in the field and click check names
7. click the check box to Replace owner on subcontainers...
8. Apply.

Try on the folder "maina", not on "users". You might have to click "continue" a hole bunch.

You can try adding your current user to the Full Control Permissions instead.

 

1. Right Click the folder.

3. Security.
4. Advanced.
5. Add
6. Select Principal
7. Enter your user name and check names
8. click the full control check box
9. Okay.
10. Apply.

So do you have this system physically? You just lost your password?

 

Why not plug the hdd into anouther system and copy the files from there?

Can you show the error when you mount the drive locally and change owner?

I Didn't Try That yet I Said It Wrong Info I Will Give You More Info 5 Hours Later, because In Indonesia Now its 2:56 AM

unless the drive is encrypted,

and if you run out of other ideas 
a linux live usb,

might be able to get the data back without dealing with the permissions issue
