if you need the features of that board and you like to tinker with OC, sure

 

otherwise, makes no sense

Do you need dmi 4.0 and sli support ?

Because there are some b450 boards that are absolutely capable of handling a 3900x

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
