Amd A6-6400k CPU( ill upgrade it sooner) (ryzen 5 3600)
Msi A68hm-e33 v2 MOBO (ill upgrade it sonner) (auros b450 m)
8gb ddr3 1600 ram ( ill upgrade it sooner)
Corsair VS550 W
Rakk haliya case

 

PALIT GTX 1650 4gb Storm X
Sapphire pulse rx570 4gb

Can pls recommend me a Good GPU that will fit to my upgrade path

 

can this cause bottleneck? Or nah

Tier lists for building a PC.

 

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

Psu tier List. Tier A for Rtx 3000, Vega and RX 6000. Tier B For anything else. Tier C cheap/IGPU. Tier D and E avoid.

(RTX 3000/ RX 6000 Might run just fine with higher wattage tier B unit, Rtx 3070 runs fine with tier B units)

It's alot better but I recommend getting the one with the larger frame buffer 

It will be better value for the long run

It will but if he is upgrading soon I think getting the better card would be the right option

What's your budget?

They are quite similar in gaming performance (so it seems). But RX570 is ~10% cheaper in the UK, so between those I'd get the RX570.

I'd get a cheaper CPU e.g. ryzen 3300x or 3100, and get a better GPU e.g. RX580

You also want a better power supply. Orange VS models are horrible quality and I would not trust them with new parts.

 

Additionally, the board is mediocre. Get an ASRock B450 Pro4

The pro4 if you are on a budget but if you can stretch a bit the tomhawk is also really good
