Best Bank for Buck Upgrade from 1050ti?

Mark123!

Hello, I have a 1050ti that is about 4 years old now. I would like to know what is the best bang for buck gpu for smooth 1080p gaming. I am willing to spend around 300-400.CAD My gpu is paired with the i7-8700 and it is a dell prebuilt system hence the older gpu with new cpu. Any suggestions are helpful!

An RX580 would be like a GTX 1060/1070. That might be a good option and is cheap used. You could also get a RX5700xt or a 5600xt or a 2060 Super

Personally, I just don't feel that a 1 tier upgrade a rx580 after 4 years is an upgrade that is really worth doing, I guess if the used price is good enough, then sure.

Those other recommendations seem pretty good in my book though.

The 1660 super is an excellent choice if 1080p 60Hz is your target

Even a little overkill to be honest. Gives you some room to reasonable upgrade to 144Hz down the line.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
