Dark Base Pro 900 Rev 2 Fan Controller connections

hi All

this is a Newbie question as the last PC i built was a Pentium 3 build.

i have the Dark Base pro rev 2 case and need to know a couple of things.

 

the PWM INPUT CABLE , where on my motherboard do i connect?

 

the PC-RGB-IN CABLE, where on my motherboard do i connect?

 

My motherboard is a TUF Gaming X570-PLUS (WIFI)

 

I also have a USB 3.1 TypeC Gen.2 cable from the front panel to connect to the motherboard, but i don't think the motherboard has a connection for this?

 

all help to this old newbie will be greatly appreciated

There is a 4pin pwm fan header on the mobo 

There could be multiple (which in your case there is )

Depends if it's a 5v connector or a 12v

Well it looks like it does have a 12 volt argb header and it does have 6 pwm fan headers

ARGB comes in 5v, not 12v. 12v is for "regular" RGB. 

 

be quiet!'s case is RGB enabled which is a 12v, 4 pin connector (as OP has confirmed above). ARGB enabled cases with have a 5V, 3 pin connector

My motherboard is a TUF Gaming X570-PLUS (WIFI)

The two white based 4pin plugs at the top and bottom of your motherboard are RGB connectors

Your board also has a 3 pin 5v addressable RGB (ARGB) header in case you get any ARGB products in the future.
