NVLink with unlimited budget.

Is it possible to NVLink 16 2080 Tis? As NVLinking even 2 2080 Tis makes some games at extreme resolution run at only 30 FPS. (Not planning to do it but I'm just asking whether it is possible provided IF I have the motherboard to support 16 x16 PCIe GPU slots and enough CPU power.

No. You can only SLI 2 GPU's now. They stopped supporting 3 and 4 a few years ago. But, you could never do more than 4...

NVLink for GeForce cards is still SLI. True NVLink doesn't exist for desktop cards, and SLI doesn't exist for Quadro or Tesla cards. You "can SLI Quadro's" I believe, but it won't work like real nvlink does.

NVLink is really designed for "real work" that requires massive bandwidth. Gaming just doesn't need that sort os bandwidth, thus why ATI Crossfire didn't even require a crossfire bridge to work, just isn't needed.
