Router for 10-30 device home network

Hello! My Not trusty ASUS router is now on its last days, been sick long poor thing. SO! I need a new one. Thinking of the Linksys WRT3200ACM. what i need from a router:

 

Stablitity, on all points.

Plausability for Manually setting LAN IPs.

Portforwarding.

Good WIFI Covrage and handeling of many devices.

What is your budget? WIll the router/ acces point have enough wifi coverage?

About 250-300USD max. Our current router works fine so I guess this wont be worse. and there are range extenders for that last little bit.

Varies from day to day, but everybody got phone, laptop, etc etc. Norm is about 15 devices, but I would like for it to be somewhat overpowerd, in case of IOT getting into this home😊
