That's similar to my stock settings behavior. But I'm stable at manual 4.2 all core at 1.2V, so I've been running that primarily. Less heat, more speed.

What do you mean by input lag though? Regarding mouse/keyboard? If so, what peripherals?

You cannot really trust software readings. Input lag based on voltages is really unlikely at best? It's probably due to something else, like a clogged I/O controller or something different entirely. What do you mean exactly for lag?

"""Safe""" voltages depends on who you ask. They are in the 1.3-1.35V for Ryzen. I personally always run my original 1700 at 1.375V core, 1.2 SOC and 1.5V RAM since it came out without problems whatsoever.

Input delay, I press my mouse or move it and a second later (exaggerating, but the input delay is very noticeable) is that it moves on the screen, I know it is not my mouse and keyboard because it also happens with controller, I have changed everything from my pc in a time of 6 months and the only thing left for me to change is the psu. So by discard I think it is the psu that gives me input lag. (in case you ask, also change the monitor)
