120mm case and a 140mm fan PSU

Hello,

So i just looked into my case's specifications and it seems it supports 120mm psu fan not a 140mm psu fan.

 

Do i need to replace the case ????

Case is abkoncore h250x ( not a known company but a nice case )

Psu is corsair RM650x 2018

the psu fan size normally doesn't make a differnce in cases tbh

I don't see anything about a 120mm fan when I looked it up

Your psu should fit in the case btw

The PSU fan as nothing to do with case fan .

 

The case fans will push or pull air to the outside of the case. The PSU fan will pull or push air the power supply case itself.

 

There are 2 thing you should consider , in my opinion . PSU physical size, will it fit inside the case, and is it power full enough. 

 

I just check the physical --

 

PSU -- 150 mm x 86 mm x 160 mm

Case -- will accept PSU 195 mm to 205 mm  ( Not the full description )

 

You should look yourself to confirm
