Crosshair VIII Hero Leaking

So I think the bearing in the chipset fan on my Crosshair VIII Hero sprung a leak... It's pissed oil all over itself, and the airflow has carried it all along behind the GPU... Doesn't seem to be causing any issues so do I even bother going to Asus about it? :/

I'd RMA it just for the fan, because yours is about to get noisy and/or dead
