Bypassing “Sorry, this application cannot run on a virtual machine” error

Title says it all, I’m using an Azure VM, any help would be appreciated. Just trying to run Just Cause 4 on my vm.

Why are yo trying to run Just Cause on a VM?

I don't think there is a way to fix that on Azure sadly.

Because my work machine actually has pretty decent specs surprisingly

Unfortunately it looks to me like it would be bypassing a limitation on the game/software ... built in to prevent someone from running multiple instances for cheating.... That's my best guess.

If this is this the case then the forum cannot help you even though you are not doing it for the reason I just gave, it would however put that information up publicly and the forum would be liable for it.
