new 700 dollar pc micro atx

Budget (including currency): 700-750 US

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Light Games-Video Editing-School (By light i mean roblox, Minecraft+Shaders that stuff)

Other details: Micro atx, ryzen, I can use the ryzen stock cooler, and  All New

You'd probably be better going with a micro-atx as mini-itx has a huge price increase compared to micro-atx and added price cost due to covid.

Yea, right now is a terrible time to build itx systems unfortunately. The SFX PSUs and ITX motherboards are so overpriced right now.

Hdds can be added later down the line.

hdds make bad boot drives but are fine for games and stuff unless you really need your games to boot up fast
