You'd probably be better going with a micro-atx as mini-itx has a huge price increase compared to micro-atx and added price cost due to covid.

Yea, right now is a terrible time to build itx systems unfortunately. The SFX PSUs and ITX motherboards are so overpriced right now.

hdds make bad boot drives but are fine for games and stuff unless you really need your games to boot up fast

should i switch the ryzen 5 3600 with a ryzen 5 1600 and switch the rx 5700 with a rtx 2060 super? or does it decrease the performance?

decreases performance. amd cards have kinda been fucking up nvidia cards for value
