How to Update gigabyte EC FM

Im trying to update my BIOS ready for my new Ryzen 3000 series CPU but i need to download an update for the EC FM. Ive downloaded the file and ran the program but apparently my PC is supposed to restart automatically which it hasnt as of yet. 

 

So any help with this would be much apprectiated :)
