Ibuypower Case limited Ed 0000 of 0000?

I just bought an Ibuypower Fallout 4 case from someone and the limited edition tag shows 0000 of 0000, does anyone have any information on this?  Might this be a review sample or something?

yeah, that's the case.  They were numbered to 2000 and the rest I've seen online have typical numbers like 1530 of 2000 etc... but mine says 0000 of 0000.
