Cant choose a cpu and gpu combo

Hey im picking parts for my kinda low budget pc and I cant choose the combo. Do i go with a ryzen 3600 and a gtx 1660 6gb or ryzen 2600 and gtx 1660 super 6gb?

Ryzen 5 3600 and gtx 1660 super

or

Ryzen 5 3600 and RX 5700xt/RTX 2070 Super

I don't recommend getting a GTX 1660 at all, since you're mentioning you're building a low budget computer i recommend a Ryzen 5 2600 + RX580 8GB

gtx cards are way too expensive for what they are worth

How low budget? can you specify?

 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
