Realistic Mods for GTA v

I've downloaded GTA V and want to make the graphics and campaign mode more realistic.

 

I've looked online but haven't found much.

On some of the threads I found, people have referenced more realistic cops/pedestrians and more realistic damage mods

Try googleing Gta v redux. I think the mod is fulled of controversies but for the normal user like me that doesnt care, its pretty good. Adds a ton of realistic stuff, it uncaps vehicle speed, more realistic graphics, explosions, think they reworked the guns, etc.
