Weird fan sound - Noob here!

I'd replace the fan........ or

Perhaps just upgrade the entire heat sink so that it'll run cooler and the fan will spin up much less often.

Yeah I dont know to much I but agree maybe try fixing but I dont think its worth trying at this point (again have basicly no experience)
