PC crashes and restart with no error upon windows login

Hihi, anyone can help me, im lost.... 

Everytime i login to windows my pc will instant crash and reboot. Does anyone have an issue what is causing this? I tried swapping drives, reseating ram, isolating ram/ram slots, changing gpu. But still the same

Do you have a spare CPU you can toss in the socket and test? Spare mobo to do the same? Same goes with PSU. I have seen really odd things happen when a PSU starts going bad. Another silly item which people tend to forget about, is your CPU cooling working? Fan spinning? If water block, is the water flowing?
