Enabled XMP Profile and System Display Stopped Working

I set my ram in my new PC (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Ghostyyzz/saved/#view=Jw6ZZL) to its rated speed (3000Mhz) and the PC's display stopped working. This happened once before when I tried overclocking. I’m not sure what’s causing this. I wanted to reset my CMOS, but was advised not to. My keyboard and mouse are also not working. I’m not sure what to do. That’s the only thing I changed.

I reset my CMOS, but it’s still not working.
