Thinking about doing water cooling in my next pc build

So my next upgrade is gonna be:

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra

Ryzen 7 2700x

Asus rog b450-f

Nzxt c series 750w

Corsair 570x case

Why go with a last gen CPU? Also custom water cooling is called custom because it's not a kit, so it's hard to "get a custom water cooling". You would basically have to purchase components separately (tubing, fittings, pump, res, cpu block, gpu block, coolant, rad(s) ). I know corsair makes (or used to make) some water cooling kits but these were rather entry-level with aluminium radiators.

you shouldn't. you should spend your budget on better components that give you real performance. the only time custom watercooling is reasonabl is when you have the best components you can get (10900k or 3950x and 2080ti) and still have money you want to spend.

Any reason why you need watercooling?

A good air cooler can perform just as good.

Watercooling needs constant monitoring make sure the pump working.

With air cooler it's visible.

Safe yourself Money and stress. Custom Watercooling is a hobby of its own and not something you do just for better cooling.

The money needed for a custom loop is far better spent upgrading components. For example a 2070S to a 2080S, a Ryzen 3000 if ur making content or a 9900k or 10600k for pure gaming. (with matching motherboard ofc). Adding in more SSD space so u can move away from HDD mass storage.

Once you have that , THEN go into custom loops.

CPU: Intel i7 3930k w/OC & EK Supremacy EVO Block | Motherboard: Asus P9x79 Pro  | RAM: G.Skill 4x4 1866 CL9 | PSU: Seasonic Platinum 1000w | VDU: Panasonic 42" Plasma |

GPU: Gigabyte 1080ti Gaming OC w/OC & Barrow Block | Sound: Asus Xonar D2X - Z5500 -FiiO X3K DAP/DAC - ATH-M50S | Case: Phantek Enthoo Primo White |

Storage: Samsung 850 Pro 1TB SSD + Samsung 850 Evo 256GB SSD | Cooling: XSPC D5 Photon 270 Res & Pump | 2x XSPC AX240 White Rads | NexXxos Monsta 80x240 Rad P/P |
