Use nintendo switch adapter to charge phone

my phone use USB-C so the cable is no problem but will it charge the phone without breaking it?

 

switch adapter:

input - 100-240V, 50-60Hz; 1A

output - 5.0V-1.5A / 15.0V - 2.5A

 

my phone adapter

input - 100-240V; 50-60Hz; 0.3A

output - 5V-2A

 

just asking before i do something dumb

I used my phone adapter to charge my switch so i guess it should work the other way around

both are at 5v and both use the same connector so it would be completely fine although the switch charger might be a bit slower

i don't mind slower as long as it is charging, just the safety of it

It should be completely fine. Even if it isn't ur phone would just block it and u would have to restart ur phone for it to charge again
