I don't use the desktop at all so it's completely blank. No icons, no shortcuts, no folders, nothing.

I like to have all my stuff on my desktop where I can find it. My left screen (1920x1080) is for programs and things I actually need to use, I have almost everything there since I hate the Windows 10 start menu and having to click on it and then find what I want it more of a hassle than just using a desktop shortcut. The right screen is for little quick-access things I might need in a hurry and don't want to have to dive through a bunch of sub-folders for. Things like screenshots of Minecraft build prototypes, references, and anything I'm working on doing something with.

What is actually supposed to go here? Some people put their specs, others put random comments or remarks about themselves or others, and there are a few who put cryptic statements.

I don't look at my desktop as much as I used to, since I use the search bar in the bottom left to find things much more often. The stuff on the left are programs that I usually use the search bar to find quickly, the stuff on the right are things that I hold on to for a longer period of time in case I need them at some point, and anything at the top is what I'm doing at the moment.

I usually have my monitor's brightness turned down quite a bit, makes the white parts of the screen much less irritating.
