That warning means, if you use an M.2 SSD of the SATA variety, SATA6G_2 gets turned off

(It says it shares bandwidth, but usually the port gets turned off).

when my instruction manual says when a device in sata mode is installed to the m.2 socket Sata_2 port can not be used. Does it mean Sata6G_2 Port or All of the Sata_2 Ports.

Help my brain is spaghetti.

What motherboard do you have?

If you have sata SSD installed on your m.2 socket your  Sata port numbered 2 (Sata_2) will be disabled and not working. Also if your motherboard is new enough that is has m.2 support it probably doesn't have sata_2 ports, only sata_3. It's quite common for certain motherboards to disable a sata port when using a sata_2 m.2 since I believe your sata_2 port shares the same connection as your m.2.

Also just to let you know when speaking of how fast the port is, it is usually written as SATA3, SATA III or SATA 3, but never SATA_2, or SATA_3
