Computer Upgrade AMD Ryzen 7 3700

Budget & Location – 2000$ (8000 zł), Poland, Warsaw

Aim – I want to build a pc that will work for me for the next 4 to 5 years without issue. I am not planning to OC, I want stability. My workload is mostly light weigh, web developing, some light blender usage, coding in python, debugging. Outside of work I play games mostly CK2, CIV, Witcher, WoW, GW2, New World some Overwatch. Time-wise it looks like this Work 40%/Games 30%/ Internet 30%.

Monitors – Got 2, one 25 ultrawide (used for text), and one 27 144Hz as main. I will be getting one more later but for now this Is all.

Peripherals – I got all I need at the moment

Why are you upgrading – I have a chance to do it so why not.

My current build is

  • Intel I7 4790K
  • Asus Z97 Sabertooth Mark 2
  • DDR3 4X8GB 1866 Kingston Furry
  • GTX 1080 Funder Edition
  • SSD 256GB PRO 850
  • SSD 500GB EVO 850
  • SSD 1000GB EVO 850
  • SSD 120GB V300
  • Corsair HX850i 850W
  • Asus PCI-E AC68 WIFI
  • PHANTEKS Enthoo Primo Ultimate

It is water-cooled by two 480 radiators and 10 fans (8x120, 2x140). This PC sometimes works 24/7 and temps never go over 50 C, even under load. I am happy with it but as with everything there is time to end it.

What I am planning to get is this

  • AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
  • Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER WindForce
  • ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4
  • DDR4 2X16 2666 HyperX Fury
  • 970 EVO Pro 512 GB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen3 NVMe

What I am keeping from my old build

  • SSD 256GB PRO 850
  • SSD 500GB EVO 850
  • SSD 1000GB EVO 850
  • SSD 120GB V300
  • Corsair HX850i 850W
  • Asus PCI-E AC68 WIFI
  • PHANTEKS Enthoo Primo Ultimate

Are there any problems with this? If I want to keep the temps below 50 C, should I WC or can go the air road (no OC planning). Do you think I should change something?

Thank you for you help

P.S. I am sorry for my poor English
