What components are you planning to run on this power supply, I would say that this is an okay power supply to use, although it depends on what components are going to be run on this PSU, did you already purchase this PSU or are you planning to (do you have the option to return the PSU if already purchased)?

Not particularly good no, I would pass. Are you looking to upgrade your existing PSU?

I'm Looking to swap it because I am looking at getting a x570 board with a Ryzen 3600 and my current PSU is better but i want to keep the current build minus the PSU and GPU for my son.

For the power supply, I would recommend a Seasonic S12II 650W PSU:

What GPU do you have, 750W is definitely not required and getting a PSU with made with quality components that last long versus a PSU that has more than required wattage is not really recommended. What is your budget and location?

Yeah and it is like a 6 year old PSU model as well, much better options now available.

S12II is the old model , S12III is the newer one , BUT IT'S not even made by SEASONIC. It's Seasonic design , but produced by SRT.
