ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0

I’ve got a ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 and a ryzen 5 2600 I want to upgrade my ram from 2400mhz to 3200mhz but I don’t know weather it will work because in the description of the motherboard it says a bunch of stuff about ram and I’m not smart enough to know exactly what it all means (I appreciate any help)

that motherboard will do 3200mhz, should be fine.

Thanks for your help it’s just I don’t think my cpu will support the ram

its listed as 2933 max, but it will be fine at 3200mhz+. there is alot of videos, and forum posts of people achieving over 3200. watch a few if your still unsure.
