Wait and buy b550?

So I am building a pc and am stuck with what motherboard to get. The specs I plan on running are a Ryzen 5 3600, 32gb of DDR4 Ram 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance, Gigabyte GTX 1660S, Crucial 500gb NVME, Corsair VS650. Should I A buy a b450m tomahawk max and have no future proofing , only upgrades being the higher end 3000s. Should I B buy an Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 and have future proofing for the 4000s series of cpus but spend £50 more. Or C should I wait and buy a b550, even though at the moment I am unsure if it is compatibke with the 3600, and spend £50 more than the b550?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1660 Super oc 6g
Mobo:MSI b450 tomahawk max

RAM: 32gb ddr4 lpx vengeance 3200mhz

Storage: WD sn550 1tb, Baracuda 2TB HDD (*In use), Hitachi 2tb HDD, WD 0.5tb HDD (both HDD knackered)

PSU: cxm 450

Case: Corsair Carbide Series

Why the 32gb of ram?

The psu you picked is a bad unit get something better from this list b tier or higher. 500w is more than plenty. B550 is launching next month so if you can wait get that. If you are certain you'll need more cpu power and will upgrade and can't wait get a x570.

Here's the list:

The 32gb of Ram is from a past build so Im just carrying it over

All B550 chipset motherboards will support Ryzen 3xxx processors from the start.

You probably don't need 32 GB ... save money from 16 GB and shift them to the video card budget or to the psu budget.

Crucial 500 GB nvme sounds like QLC based drive. I'd suggest spending a few quid more on a TLC based SSD, see for example WD SN550 drives which should be reasonably priced.

VS series from Corsair kinda sucks, and you most likely don't really need 650w psu. The Ryzen 3600 consumes up to 80-100 watts and a video card like 1660 Super consumes up to around 125 watts... so overall your PC won't even get close to 300 watts.

I'd suggest going for a higher quality 500-550 watts power supply.

I wouldn't spend 50 gbp more on that particular x570 motherboard.
