Good air cooler or AIO for 3700x

I want to invest in a better way to cool down my 3700x. I'm using the stock cooler that came with it "Wraith Prism" and while gaming on max performance in windows settings I hit around 85C normally in most games I play, but I recently got GTA5 and I noticed in HWMonitor my max temp hit 103C! Everything is stock I did not overclock. So I want a good cooler that would fit in my case, a Thermaltake chaser a31. Can you please give me some recommendations?

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

(RTX 3000/ RX 6000 Might run just fine with higher wattage tier B unit, Rtx 3070 runs fine with tier B units)

I have thought about it, but my case specs says 160mm is the max height for a cooler and the Dark Rock Pro 4 is 163mm

You may want to invest in some good thermal paste and try reapplying. Also, try setting the fans to a more aggressive setting on the CPU fan. Even with the stock cooler, those temps seem high.
