corsair force MP600 vs force MP500 vs force 510 why so much price difference?

y0ur5h4d0w

hi all! i was looking for a superfast NVMe M2 to change my (almost) old samsung 850 pro... i've seen the corsair force MP600 that's blazing fast and costs around 160€ on amazon ITALY and then i saw the corsair force MP500 that's pretty slower then the force MP600 at 260€ while the force MP510 has the averege speed between the MP600 and the MP500 and it costs 110€ O.O why is there all this price difference? am i missing something?

both are 500GB nvme m2

PCIE 4

hmmm ok i see, so if i have to choose between those 3 (other then the price ofc) what should i buy? cause i don't understand which one of the 3 is the best "price x performance" deal... i'd say the MP510 since it's faster even though it's a PCIE gen 3 x4

If you can afford the mp600 your system can take advantage of it.

for a gaming pc you don't need ultra fast ssds. these are only useful for professional users where you need to move a lot of huge files around all the time (video editing mostly).

for a gaming pc, the cheapest nvme drive gives more speed than you need.

that's the answer i needed lol sometimes i do some video/audio editing and rendering (mostly after effects and adobe premiere pro and reaper 7 for audio) i guess the best choice is the MP510, fast but really cheap :D

110 for 500gb isn't that cheap.

these have all the same performance as the corsair 510
