Asus Strix GTX 1060 6GB Locked at 60FPS

As the Title says. I've checked in both the games I've played and in the Nvidia controll panel and V-sync is set to off or controlled by application. But none the less my frame rate does not go higher then 60-64fps Even on a 70hz monitor. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Its also a fresh install of windows with the lastest drivers.

What games are you playing and at what settings? Is it dropping below 60?

Call of Duty: MW, The Isle, Escape from Tarkov. And no very rarely does the FPS drop. Like Even streaming my FPS wasnt dropping but would not go over 60-64.
