Please recommend me a GPU to play Halo MCC + World of Warcraft classic

Budget (including currency): £50

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Halo Master Chief Collection + World of Warcraft Classic

Other details: Both games only run at 1080p. I only have 1080p 60fps screen. Not looking to play any other single game apart from these 2. My onboard Intel 3970X doesn't have integrated graphics so I need a GPU of some sort. Looking for anything cheap as chips!

are you sure that's £50 and not £500?

I'm sure there is an integrated gpu, otherwise your pc wouldn't display anything.

anyway, the only cheap gpu worth buying is the rx570, but that would be around £80 used on ebay.

Yes lol, I figure it should be sufficient to play 15 yr old games.

What gpu are you currently using?

For 50 you can maybe get like a hd 7950, hd 7970, r9 280(x), r9 380(x).

No GPU, it's a desktop I just got given for free. I have an i7 3970x CPU.

Well then that's about your options. What psu does it have that will also really impact your choice. Could you provide it's modelnumber?

Oh that's bad. Like really bad. I recommend you replace that unit with a good one asap as that pretty much means do not get any gpu recommended here. Something like a gtx 1050 should be safe ish to run on that. But is most likely above budget.

Ok thank you. Any recommendations? My gaming requirements are incredibly simple.
