Asus gtx 1070 dual noise

Hello Guys,

I have a gtx 1070 dual from asus in my rig. Lately i noticed that its making a where light noise, even when fans are off, but just when its under load. Is this normal? If no how can i fix this? 

Any Help is appricated! Please correct me if I´m wrong!

Everything marked with * is what I bought for the Primary PC and I'm just using it until I get all the parts.

Yep sounds like coil whine, nothing much you can do about it.
