You mean in your headphone or out of your speakers?

This means your mic is being 'monitored' and relayed back.  I don't know the software way to do it off the top of my head, but my interface has a monitor / non-monitor setting for inputs.

If you are using software to record, OBS, Reaper, Cubaes or even XBox Live, there should be a setting in the software that is monitor inputs - if you turn that off, you shouldn't hear yourself.

Not sure if I correctly understood the problem, but perhaps settings → system → sound → "device properties" under mic → adittional device properties → "listen" tab → uncheck the box?
