Some help with MSI B450M Pro-VDH MAX

I have a MSI B450M Pro-VDH MAX and it'll launch, go into BIOS just fine. But the second I install windows, it keeps on crashing at around 3 to 7%. The SSD is fine because I've tested it in a seperate PC. The GPU is fine. But one of the LED's on the mobo for "ez debug" will turn on. It's the CPU LED

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on what might fix it. CPU is ryzen 5 1600, RAM seems to be ok too.

It's interesting that it will work in the BIOS fine but fail when you try and install an operating system. It's possible to install windows on a drive on another PC; just make sure to run windows update so you get the required drivers for your specific system configuration. If that doesn't work, I would go with the standard fixes of clearing CMOS, checking the integrity of the disk with the windows startup USB, updating BIOS, etc. If you could provide some more details specs of your machine past CPU and motherboard, that would be helpful.

I tried doing that, but it didn't work too well. Kept on randomly crashing. But I got it stable enough to run stress test for an hour. After that it started crashing again

Tried clearing CMOS, didn't work either.

Full PC Specs are as followed(a little redundant to have it here)

Motherboard - MSI B450M Pro-VDH MAX

GPU - GTX 1060 6gb

RAM - 16gb 2x8gb XPG Gammax D30

SSD - ADATA SU750

HDD- Some 2TB new HDD

PSU - 600 watt EVGA 80+

Ryzen 5 1600 supports up to 2667mt/s (1333mh). Target this frequency.
