Constant PC Issues (Most likely Motherboard)

Currently, My PC Has had several issues going through since I built it. These Issues ranging from Keyboard/Mice disconnects, Ram stability problems, and many more.

With building this PC over 15 months ago, there are problems that keep poping up that i'm completely confused on what's causing it. I believe it's the motherboard, and here's why.

-Random disconnects of PC Peripherals

-Unstable ram (Tried r5 2600, r7 3700x, 2 different kits of ram and same issues persisting on both being not overclocked)

-PC shutting down under full load of GPU and CPU (Running FAH, only after upgrading to r7 3700x, Temps do not exceed 90 degrees for both CPU and GPU)

-Random memory crashes in Windows, even trying different kits in different configs.

-Random issues from disconnecting mouse caused internet to stop working, to chrome tabs not loading assets/breaking down entirely

 

I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing and making sure I'm not crazy with anything before trying to buy a new mobo or RMA'ing the board. Any tips would be apreciated!
