Bios Update Make Fans Ramp Up and Down

I have the Asus ROG STRIX Z390-F and I updated the bios to use Aura Sync so I could control it through iCUE. I have all my case fans connected to a commander pro and in iCUE had all of them set to silent. The RPMs would stay around 820-950. After the bios update everything was fine but whenever I open a program or a new tab (something light) the fans ramp up to 1500 RPM and slowly go back down. I had never played with the fan curve in the bios (the Qfan control thing) so I don't know what could be causing this. Any thoughts?

Edit: Even loading web pages causes the fans to ramp up. I think any little spike in CPU usage causes the fans to ramp up.
