1600 AF top stock speed?

So i got an ryzen5 1600AF to replace my old ryzen 3 2200g. And i love it, but i recently saw that HWmonitor sometimes record my cpu speed up to 4.4 GHz, but the 1600 AF should only turbo up to 3.6 from what i know of. Is it just HWmonitor that cant see it correct or does it actually get up to those speeds?

HWMonitor could provide inaccurate readings with Ryzen, so I'd suggest either using Ryzen Master or HWiNFO.
