i5 4th gen and 7th gen swap

I have two Dell laptops. The one I use has is a Latitude E5540 with a i5-4310U. The other computer is a Latitude 3580 that has a i5-7200U cpu. Can I swap the prosserers? Are they compatible? I'm a beginner to this so Google isn't that helpful to me. And they are time consuming to open just to be wrong. Thank you.

Mobo: MSI 2AE0 1.0 (FM2)
CPU: AMD A8 5500 (3.2/3.7GHz)
GPU: Asus GeForce GT 1030 (2GB)
PSU: HP 667893-002 (300w)
RAM: Samsung M378B1G73BH0-CK0 (8GB DDR3)
Drive 1: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 (1TB)

Drive 2: Seagate Barracuda ST3250820AS (250GB)

Monitor 1: Toshiba 23L1350U (23", 1920x1080, 60HZ)

Monitor 2: Gateway FPD1765 (17", 1280x1024, 75HZ)

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

They 2 chips won't be compatible with each other's motherboards, so the quick answer is no.
