Is the ASRock B450M PRO4 Motherboard any good for overclocking?

It depends on the CPU as well. 1st gen Ryzen had a bit of headroom, but 3rd gen has very little and you're better off just leaving it stock.

Well pro4 is the best budget b450(which I have seen and used), you can easily oc on it.(unless you do it on stock cooler, or set the power too much) and as @iBabySlapper said it also depends on the processor

I push a massive OC through the ATX variant of this board.  I can pump 140amps through it for as long as I want with no issues.  Great board.  My testing on this board brought it up a tier or 2 on the mobo tier thread here.  The VRM heat sinks are real, not just aesthetic. 

 

Id say they would be fine for all gens of Ryzen, but I cannot comment if a 105w CPU on this board could OC well or not.  Im baselining off a stock 65w TPD CPU which I have use case with on this board.
