New guidelines and good supply in QC has allowed for faster second shots. Mine went from September 15th to July 21st.

CA passed last week how it’s up to the businesses if fully vaccinated workers can be maskless. I chose to go maskless in the self checkout area and when I’m walking in the store. But once I’m at the register I keep a mask on since I’m closer to the person and stuck in one place. And because it’s the honor system that customers are vaccinated I have trust issues with people overall.

Anyone who thinks Bell and Rogers would allow Pfizer or Moderna to compete with their 5G networks in Canada is kidding themselves.  They lobbied the CRTC to only allow 5G free vaccine in Canada.

Appointment system is really cool. You book everything online, get text notifications, can cancel without any hassle. Meanwhile the rest of the system rests on business hours and faxes.

14 full days need to have passed here to be considered fully vaccinated, so on the 15th day you count as vaccinated.

My fiancee just got her second shot yesterday late morning.

 

She got Pfizer for the first dose and Moderna for the second.

 

By late evening on the first day, she was experiencing chills, muscle aching, and headache. That got worse into the second day, but around mid-afternoon it started to ease.

 

Good luck! She says it's f-king horrible xD

Have they allowed Johnson & Johnson vaccines again in the states?  I remember it being pulled cause some people got blood clots?

Yep, Ontario's latest shipment from Pfizer was late, so people who are getting their 2nd dose for Pfizer are being offered Moderna instead.

 

They're both mRNA vaccines, very similar in construction and the way they work (both creating the spike protein using mRNA, which is what triggers the immune response). Mixing them is safe, and preliminary studies have shown it to be of similar effectiveness as going just Moderna or just Pfizer. The specific effectiveness likely won't be known for some time. Essentially you can mix and match your 2nd dose between those 2 vaccines.

As mentioned above, Ontario is allowing mixing of the mRNA vaccines if supply is short at the time of your appointment.

You need to check the travel guidelines set by your local Russian embassy. Also what do you mean with wrong vaccination?

Some countries don't accept Astra-Zeneca and others IIRC.

I mean that not every country has legalized the same active ingredient. 

For example is Astra not accepted in the US or at least not in every state. 

So I questioned myself if a state like Russia has some advantage regulations to. 

It's just hard to check if you can't read or speak the language
