Getting low fps even tho the pc has good specs

Hello, so I just upgraded my pc and bought the following:

a320 motherboard

rx560 4gb gpu

8gb ram

ryzen 3 3200g

500 gb hdd

I am getting under 100 fps on csgo even tho everything is low and pc is lagging hard, when it’s turning on, or a game is launching.

-Haven’t reinstalled windows(10 x64)

-updated my gpu’s driver

-hdmi is plugged in my gpu

If you just upgraded, reinstall Windows. After that, install the latest BIOS (from the manufacturer's website) and chipset drivers (from AMD's website) along with other drivers you might need to install, like video drivers for example.

You might also want to invest in an SSD, as it'll massively improve the overall snappiness of your PC.
