GTX 1050 is not good for the price. Get Radeon RX 580. faster and cheaper.

Also Ryzen 1600X AF is cheaper and the same thing.

Get new faster RAM.

Get bigger PSU

Welcome to the forum!

Get better chipset (B450 is best)

-What is your budget

-What is your use case

-What about periferals.

Why do you want a new motherboard exactly? Unless you go for a considerable CPU upgrade, I wouldn't really advise it, it won't give you any additional performance.

You should probably drog money on a decent PSU and the best GPU you can afford and call it a day.

REMILIA Mk.IIIE CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X, Cooler: Arctic Freezer II 240 (Noctua NT-H2), RAM: 4x 8Gb sticks of Patriot Viper Steel Series 3600 CL17, Mobo: AsRock X570 Taichi, GPU: Inno3D RTX 3080 iChill x4 10G, Storage: 1TB Intel 670p NVME SSD boot drive, a few 1TB and 512gb SATA/NVME SSDs for game storage, 6 hard drives 1-4 TB, PSU: Corsair RM750 MY2019, Case: Cooler Master Mastercase 5 MC500 (with add-ons, Noctua NF-A14 and Arctic P14 fans), PCIE Cards: Cheap Chinese Marvell 88SE9215 4 port SATA card, Sonnet Allegro USB3.2 Card Monitors: ViewSonic Elite XG270QC (165hz, 1ms MPRT, 1440p, VA, Freesync PP, pneumatic stand), Hp Z27n (IPS, 60hz, 1440p, 8Ms), iiyama G2530HSU-B (75Hz, Freesync, one in landscape, one in Portrait, all on pneumatic monitor stands).

i want to get a new motherboard because its a micro-atx board and i only have to 2 ram dims and i dont want to get a whole u ram set when i have 8gb ram already in the board and have extra 8gb ram sitting, also want to get new gpu so i can play better games and for psu because ik my 350w wont handle it

You're fine with the motherboard you have unless you want to OC, but even if you do, there's still not that much benefit without actually getting serious about it. As long as you're able to keep your CPU decently cool, PBO and XFR should already be giving you strong boost clocks.

What PSU is it exactly, and what GPU were you planning to get ?

I'm still not sure I would recommend getting a new board just for that, currently RAM can be sold fairly easily so you could just get a new pair of sticks and liquidate the old ones. Especially since you have 2400Mhz sticks so you're actually missing out on a decent chunk of performance compared to a 3200Mhz or faster kit. But if you really want to change boards, just go for whatever is the cheapest board that has 4 slots. As for PSU, look at the tier list I'll link below and buy one from there. I recommend B rank or better, and 550-750w should realistically be enough for whatever you buy, unless you go for a top-tier GPU (which I'm guessing you won't).

i cant pick between Corsair CV650 power supply unit 650 W 20+4 pin or Aerocool Integrator 850W PSU 12cm Black Fan Active PFC TW as they would be the same price but the aerocool has more Watts, and for the GPU i was thinking of was the ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5

The prices on the website you linked seem to be massively inflated, don't you have amazon in Ireland? That CV650 is about 30EUR more than it should be. Or maybe buy parts from the UK and have them shipped internationally?

For that GPU, I'd probably look for a Corsair CX550. As for FPS, I don't play those games, but those games should run at 60 fps on low settings.

Don't forget to also look on eBay.

If you manage to save some money on the PSU, you might be able to afford a 5500XT instead of a 1650, which is a considerably faster GPU.

That's not an amazing price, but it's not exactly a buyer's market atm, so what can you do. Though I would go for a RX580 over a 1060, especailly since you tend to be able to get them for less and they perform similarly.

Before buying that PSU from your friend, please post what he has on the forum, you don't want to end up with a dangerously bad PSU.

If you are willing to wait three weeks for delivery, you can even get a RX 580 4gb for 98 EUR from China, which would be the best value.
